- This service will assist in determining the balance ability of the system,
thus reducing the time required for balancing and contributing to more efficient and economical system performance.
Testing, Adjusting & Balancing
|
Testing
-
Through the use of specialized test instruments we measure temperature, pressure,
RPM, amps, CFM, and velocity. Making sure that the air and water, (hydronic system), meet specific flow requirements
for each part of the system. In order to make the system operate at peak efficiency.
Adjusting
- Adjusting is the setting of dampers, valves, pulleys, curcuit balancing valves on hydronic systems,
thermostats, pressure controllers, and computer controls.
Balancing
- Balancing is the is the adjusting of system flow, whether it be air or water, through the use
of acceptable procedures to achieve the designed flow specifications. In cubic feet per minute, (CFM), or for hydronic systems
gallons per minute, (GPM).
